Six checks between the field and the container.
Our QC process is designed so that a buyer never learns about a problem when the container is already sailing. Everything that can be caught upstream, we catch upstream — and prove it in writing.

Sourcing to shipment — a documented chain of custody.
Every processor or FPO is qualified before we buy — trade licence, GST, past shipment references and a physical site visit.
Random sampling at the source godown against the contracted grade. Failed lots are rejected before loading, not after.
Moisture, aflatoxin B1/total, FFA, pesticide residue and microbial load tested at NABL-accredited labs. COA per consignment.
Container inspection, fumigation where required, and supervised stuffing at CFS — photographic evidence shared with the buyer.
Pre-shipment inspection by buyer-nominated agency — SGS, Bureau Veritas, Cotecna, Intertek — arranged on request.
Invoice, packing list, COO, phytosanitary certificate, COA and B/L delivered digitally within contracted timelines.
What we test, per lot.
The default panel below is adjusted for each commodity and each destination market. Additional parameters — nutritional analysis, GMO status, allergen profile — arranged on request.
| Moisture content | Per commodity specification, tested per lot |
|---|---|
| Aflatoxin B1 / Total | For groundnut, spices — EU / Codex limits available |
| Free fatty acid (FFA) | For mustard and edible oils |
| Pesticide residue | MRL panel per destination market |
| Foreign matter / admixture | Physical + gravimetric analysis |
| Microbial load / Salmonella | For spices, on request |
